service, you agree to be bound by these terms of use ('Terms of Use').
Abacomps.com is owned and controlled by Abacomps.com ('Abacomps').
These Terms of Use affect your legal rights and obligations. If you
do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, do not accept
the Terms of Use or use your account.
- You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use
Abacomps.com. If you are not thirteen (13) years old, then you
must obtain the permission of your parent or guardian to provide
you with authorization for creating an account and using
Abacomps.com. Abacomps.com collects information about you as the
account holder. Please see the Official Rules for Abacomps’s
privacy policy for Abacomps.com.
- You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your
account and you agree you will not sell, transfer, license or
assign your account, followers, username, or any account rights.
You also represent that all information you provide or provided
to Abacomps upon registration and at all other times will be
true, accurate, current and complete and you agree to update
your information as necessary to maintain its truth and
accuracy.
- You agree that you will not solicit, collect or use the login
credentials of other Abacomps.com users.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and secure.
- Violation of these Terms of Use may, in Abacomps's sole
discretion, result in termination of your Abacomps.com account.
- Abacomps.com takes protection of copyrights, both of
Abacomps.com and others, very seriously. Abacomps.com attempts
to prevent all copyright infringement on Abacomps.com and to
promptly end any infringement that might occur.
The Abacomps® logo design is a registered trademark of
Abacomps.com. You may only use the Abacomps.com logo or
trademark with the permission of Abacomps.com, and only in
reference to Abacomps.com. Mash-ups or combinations of the
Abacomps.com logo or name with other logos or names are
specifically prohibited.
Abacomps and our licensors retain all ownership rights to our content, trademarks, logos, platform, curriculum, and other intellectual property. You are granted a limited license to use the services for their intended educational purposes. - Please note that Abacomps cannot be responsible for the effects
of any third-party software including Malware on your computer
system. Please make sure to carefully read the Help or Customer
Support areas of any software download site. If you do discover
any Malware on your system, we also suggest you speak with a
qualified computer technician.
Abacomps.com does not represent or warrant that the Services
will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components,
or that defects will be corrected. We do not represent or
warrant that the information available on or through the
Services will be correct, accurate, timely or otherwise
reliable. We may make changes to the features, functionality or
content of the Services at any time. We reserve the right in our
sole discretion to edit or delete any Content, information or
other materials made available as a part of the Services. - Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability.

SITE ARE DISTRIBUTED AND TRANSMITTED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS
AVAILABLE' BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW,
WE, OUR AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS,
EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND THIRD PARTY
PROVIDERS TO THE SITE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL,
INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, THAT MAY
RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS
CONTAINED ON THIS SITE WHETHER THE MATERIAL IS PROVIDED OR
OTHERWISE SUPPLIED Abacomps, Abacomps.com OR ANY THIRD PARTY.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall Abacomps’s
liability to you for any and all claims, damages, losses, and
causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) exceed
the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing Abacomps.com. - Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Abacomps, its
affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees,
agents, licensors, representatives, and third party providers to
the Abacomps.com from and against all losses, expenses, damages
and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from
any violation of this Agreement by you. Abacomps.com reserves
the right to assume, at its sole expense, the exclusive defense
and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in
which event you will fully cooperate with us in asserting any
available defenses.
- Applicable Law, Venue, Jurisdiction.
The Agreement and the relationship between you and us shall be
governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to
its conflict of law provisions. For any dispute arising under
this Agreement, you agree to submit to the personal and
exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located
in the State and County of Maryland. You further agree to accept
service of process by mail, and hereby waive any and all
jurisdictional and venue defenses otherwise available. You agree
that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim
or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of
Abacomps.com or the Agreement must be filed within one (1) year
after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
- Interpretation.
This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties
hereto relating to the subject matter hereof, and cannot be
amended or terminated orally. If any provision of this Agreement
is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the Agreement will be
curtailed to the extent necessary to make it legal and
enforceable and will remain, as modified, in full force and
effect.
- Modification. Abacomps.com reserves the right, at any
time and from time to time, for any reason in Abacomps’s sole
discretion, to change the terms of this Agreement. Abacomps will
notify you of these changes consistent with applicable law. Once
Abacomps modifies the Agreement, these changes become effective
immediately and if you use Abacomps after they become effective,
it will signify your agreement to be bound by the changes. You
should check back frequently and review the terms of this
Agreement regularly so you are aware of the most current rights
and obligations pursuant to your agreement with Abacomps for the
use of Abacomps.com.
- Use Limitations. Any use of the Service in violation of these
Use Limitations is strictly prohibited, can result in the
immediate revocation of your limited right and may subject you
to liability for violations of law.
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

Engage in any act that Abacomps deems to be in conflict
with the spirit or intent of the Service or make
improper use of Abacomps' support services.

Use or take part (directly or indirectly) in the use of
cheats, exploits, automation software, emulators, bots,
hacks, mods or any unauthorized third-party software
designed to modify or interfere with the Service, any
Abacomps game or any Abacomps game experience.

Modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part
of the Service or any Abacomps game without Abacomps'
express written consent.

Disrupt, interfere with or otherwise adversely affect
the normal flow of the Service or otherwise act in a
manner that may negatively affect other users'
experience when using the Service or playing Abacomps'
games. This includes win trading and any other kind of
manipulation of rankings, taking advantage of errors in
the Service to gain an unfair edge over other players
and any other act that intentionally abuses or goes
against the design of the Service.

Disrupt, overburden, or aid or assist in the disruption
or overburdening of any computer or server used to offer
or support the Service or any Abacomps game environment.

Institute, assist, or become involved in any type of
attack, including without limitation distribution of a
virus, denial of service attacks upon the Service, or
other attempts to disrupt the Service or any other
person's use or enjoyment of the Service.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service,
Accounts registered or used by others or to the
computers, servers, or networks connected to the Service
by any means other than the user interface provided by
Abacomps, including but not limited to, by circumventing
or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify, or
encouraging or assisting any other person to circumvent
or modify, any security, technology, device, or software
that is part of the Service.

Post any information that is abusive, threatening,
obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually,
religiously, or otherwise objectionable or offensive or
engage in ongoing toxic behavior, such as by repeatedly
posting information on an unsolicited basis.

Post any information that contains nudity, excessive
violence, or offensive subject matter or that contains a
link to such content.

Attempt to, or harass, abuse, or harm, or advocate or
incite harassment, abuse, or harm of another person,
group, including Abacomps employees, including Abacomps'
customer service representatives.

Make available through the Service any material or
information that infringes any copyright, trademark,
patent, trade secret, right of privacy, right of
publicity, or other right of any person or entity or
impersonates any other person, including without
limitation a Abacomps employee.

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or
otherwise attempt to derive the source code for any
underlying software or other intellectual property used
to provide the Service or any Abacomps game, or to
obtain any information from the Service or any Abacomps
game using any method not expressly permitted by
Abacomps.

Solicit or attempt to solicit Login Information or any
other login credentials or personal information from
other users of the Service or any Abacomps game.

Collect or post anyone's private information, including
personally identifiable information (whether in text,
image or video form), identification documents, or
financial information through the Service.

Use any Abacomps game for gambling, betting or any
similar activity in which prizes or rewards can be won
(directly or indirectly), including betting on the
outcome of matches in which you participate as a player,
irrespective of whether or not there is a fee or stake
involved.

Offensive words/names will result in your removal from
the Leaderboard from the League Tiers.
Abacomps reserves the right to determine what conduct it
considers to be in violation of the rules of use or otherwise
outside the intent or spirit of these Terms of Service or the
Service itself. Abacomps reserves the right to take action as a
result, which may include terminating your Account and
prohibiting you from using the Service in whole or in part.
